Welcome to Chalet Topaz.
Chalet Topaz sits in Plagne Soleil, in the heart of the Paradiski ski area. Fully renovated and reopened for winter 2024, it is designed for two or three families or a large group of friends travelling together.
Around 300 m², the Chalet sleeps up to 18: six double bedrooms (three of which convert into twin beds), a bunk room with four beds, and a sofa bed. The style blends modern Savoyard design with authentic reclaimed wood.
There are six bedrooms plus the bunk room, including a master suite, and every bedroom has its own bathroom or shower room. The living and dining rooms look out over La Plagne and share a 270° open fireplace. A cinema room, Finnish sauna, Pilates room, terrace, large heated ski room with boot dryers and a laundry room complete the Chalet.
The independent apartment has its own entrance and connects to the Chalet through an internal door. It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a shower room and a separate WC: ideal for grandparents or a nanny. Ski-in, ski-out on the Dou du Praz.
The Chalet sits directly on the Dou du Praz blue run: you clip into your skis outside the ski room and ski back to the door at the end of the day, until the end of the season. The Bergerie chairlift is two minutes away on skis.
The pedestrian centre of Plagne Soleil, with its shops, restaurants and ESF ski school, is 50 m away on foot.
Facing south-west, the Chalet gets sun all day. The master bedroom has French windows and a balcony overlooking the valley; the living room opens onto a furnished terrace and the dining room onto a covered balcony.
